option trading does not follow any rules...best limit on buy or sell. market orders normally are executed behind block transactions with options. i normally do 20 to 100 contract blocks, which go direct to a floor trader, bypassing the retail electronic route. i covered 100 dell jan 55 calls, that were executed without showing up on the rtq...i've been more then satisfied with the options specialist i use as the floor trader will consider my limit in a volatile issue and obtain best at the moment...if you traded any qcom without limits this week you could have seen a 6 to 8 point difference between what you thought was a rtq quote and execution...

you closed your dell feb 42.5.....looks like not much faith in dell when you sold the position<vbg>
