It is expected that GSM and TDMA carriers will adopt another form of broadband wireless technology. "They are not going to be compatible," said Mr. Lowenstein of the Yankee Group.> These are the types of things that crop up in every success story to get people edgy as time passes and the expected [conversion from TDMA to CDMA] doesn't happen as soon as they like.
