It certainly looks like an interesting development. I wonder though how a DRAM type product fits into Cypress' product line? It would seem that they would want a FRAM product, but then we begin to think the FRAM projects are worthless. So, what gives? Does Cypress become a regular memory maker or is their some advantage of ESDRAM which blends into their SRAM? Anyway, I like it and wonder if this is the start of something which could lead to other agreements. Regards, Mark
