If you want to speculate on a buyout or rise from rumors of such look at the Dec22.5 calls. Right now they're about $1. If there is a buyout offer in the next month these are probably worth $10+. If there isn't any offer put on the table in 30 days its probably because TM has made clear that only a sky high offer would be considered and he's trying to discourage any offers without saying "NO", which he no longer can do.
