IMO the RETEK rating is a joke.. Look at the facts..

B2B software company with 55m in revenues last year, a 78% increase over the year before.. and profitable.

3.9m in earnings, increase of 11% and best of all the company is cash positive.

Here is the profile from Hoovers..
What did one business say to the other? The answer may be found through Retek, a provider of inventory management software that lets retailers interact across the Web with suppliers, wholesalers, transportation companies, and other links in the supply chain. Customers include AnnTaylor, Eckerd, CBRL Group, and Lancome. Retek, a spinoff of business intelligence software specialist HNC Software, sells direct and through resellers and distributors worldwide. Retek continues to forge software partnerships to boost its sales with companies like Oracle, Infosys Technologies, and PeopleSoft. Following the planned IPO, HNC will own the majority of Retek.
