>ATS is definitely being found<

Hoffy, are you still watching ATS ?
With all the QCOM folks following
George Gilder into LOR and GSTRF
PCCLF with no satellites and promising satellite service,
to Hong Kong and the Asian Pacific rim,
and other satellite companies like ADAP and VSAT rocketing
ATS looks undervalued to me.
ATS is one of the few Chinese companies to file for entertainment license,
ATS could someday be a Chinese version of TSATA and DISH

On 12/23/99 300,000 shares went through on the ask
IMO this formed the bottom and ATS is starting it's move up.
With 1999 tax loss selling over and Asian markets turning up
ATS could be a nice sympathy play to GSTRF and LOR in 2000.

IINT looks promising.
