New York, New York - November 19, 1999 - Track Data Corporation
(Nasdaq NMS: TRAC) today announced it signed an agreement with
privately held Dot LB s.a.r.l. ("Dot LB"). Dot LB is a
telecommunications and online services company based in Lebanon
that successfully introduced Net2Phone (Nasdaq NMS: NTOP) to the
Middle East marketplace. The agreement provides that Dot LB will
set up customer service and fulfillment centers to promote
myTrack's Internet-based online trade execution and real-time
market data system throughout the Middle East.

Barry Hertz, Chairman and CEO of Track Data, said, "We are
excited to establish this relationship with a company that has
been successful at introducing new technologies to the Middle
East. We are confident that they can expand the market for
myTrack online trading and satisfy the needs of the growing
online trading community in this region."

Roger Karam, Managing Director of Dot LB, said, "This is a great
opportunity to be a leader in this relatively new concept to the
Middle East market. We look forward to making myTrack the leading
online trading service in the Middle East and duplicating our
success with Net2Phone."

myTrack is offering the first week of trading commission-free and

to systems used by professionals, as compared to most of its
competitors that provide their service over HTML website-based static
pages. myTrack delivers free streaming delayed quotes and unlimited
free real-time extended quotes, as well as breaking company news, a
trade by trade log, charting for technical analysis and a proprietary
library of intraday market statistics. For $19.98 per month plus
exchange fees, users can subscribe to streaming real-time quotes. A
menu of features, including Nasdaq Level II, is available separately
or in value packages.

Track Data provides real-time financial market data, news, fundamental
research, charting and analytical services to institutional and
individual investors through dedicated telecommunication lines and the
Internet. The Company also offers online trading through its myTrack
Internet-based personal investment service. myTrack is an Internet-based
software application that is not restricted by the limitations of an
HTML website-based static system offered by virtually all of its
well-known competitors. myTrack delivers a continuous dynamic stream of
live market data and investors' online trading activity. The system is
always connected and is an order of magnitude faster than competing
website-based systems. Download myTrack software or open a trading
