Well....that was interesting...just a quick scan. Impression is ALOT more info in this filing than in any previous filing. highlights...the damn Canadians sued us as of 11/15/99 over the unpaid debenture of $500K, somehow they think they have been damaged to the tune of $1.2M....LOL Of course, company position is we owe them nothing because of the damage they did to the stock shorting it to take advantage of the convertible feature of the debenture. We shall see. Got income figures on our acquisitions and the acquisitions are clarified a bit more as to what we own, etc. Lots more info coming public. We got some revs...minimal of course. Assets jumped incredibly as a result of the acquisitions. Enjoy reading.....
