...On Monday, CheckFree Corp., the operating subsidiary of CheckFree
Holdings Corp. (CKFR), an e-commerse service provider, is expected to
price $100 million of seven-year convertible subordinated notes, plus an
additional $15 million in over-allotment options.

The offering, which is led by Merrill Lynch Co. and co-managed
by Deutsche Bank Alex Brown and Hambrecht & Quist, is expected to price
with a coupon between 6.50% and 7% and a premium of 18% to 22%.
