Gee, why am I not shocked by ericy pulling another piece of dung out. Same old games. Hang it up ericy, can't you hear the busy signal? Oh, I forgot, your still using analog, can't hear anything but static. What's there to dispute? Did they say the wrong thing? What a joke.

Q rocks, just a matter of time...

Re: Ericy disputing infrastructure sale price.

This is the biggest concern I have with the sale of the handset division. That the buyer be trustworthy. All past evidence shows that Q deals straight. Not so with our European friends.

Consider the following scenario. Ericiy is bidding for handset division and is easily outbid by others (say nokia). But ericy wants the handset division badly or (even more) does not want nokia to get it. So it threatens to dispute earlier sale as it fears value of infra div is some how is less now as nokia has the hand set division. Does this
make sense at all? Of course one could substitute nokia by any other competitor of ericy if it makes more sense that way.
