Dog, You are claiming to be authoritative here. Have you looked at either CPQ's or DELL's purchasing agreements with any of the semiconductor producers???? I am not claiming to have looked at any of their contracts but I have talked with people in the industry who have said that there are not long term "fixed price" DRAM contracts for the industry unless you are taking delivery. Even DELL has acknowledged that some of its contracts can be renegotiated for component pricing changes during the October CC. Perhaps, we can get input from someone who has seen or negotiated such contracts and resolve this matter. :)
