I'm totally out of VERT, but I'm not bearish on it. I don't think it should be shorted.

I sold 1/3 BWAY position @ 61 to finance a purchase of IMGX @ 28 1/4 and twice as much @ 29 1/4. Gives me an average of $28.91 or so. Looks like an easy gapper tomorrow, let's just hope it's a gap UP. It closed at a new high on like maybe 10x avg volume. It has a float of only 3 million according to Yahoo.
