It shouldn't be too hard
This site does real time charts for the S&P e-mini (symbol es9z) and you can specify a number of different chart types (including candlesticks).

No reason that it couldn't be done for Xs and Os.

BTW: Patrick brought this stuff up with Dorsey a couple of months ago (with the help of OJ).
