Yes, if you believe that the deal will go through and want to accumulate EGRP, you'd be better off buying TBFC. It's like getting EGRP below current market value.

Just remember that you are taking a risk in that if the deal falls through, who knows what's going to happen to each stock.

FYI...I am currently buying TBFC when I want to buy EGRP as well!
