Pat, Pardon me for observing that your objectivity seems to have been replaced with an emotional attack on NN coincident with Lutz's departure. As an investor, my objective for the long term is to make money. ...whether through takeovers or growth of the company. Unless a very unlikely suitor such as CSCO, TLAB, NT or LU were to offer to buy, shareholders' wealth would best be served by NN successfully executing its product and business strategy. Lutz may be a very nice person; but he was far from the epitome of high tech growth managers with a penchant for inspiring engineers and earning loyalty. JMHO, Ian.
