Re REXI You might want to check Message 7126962 and earlier postings on that and Mr. Pink's threads and see if those concerns are adequately reflected in the current low price of the stock. I always get confused by leasing and real estate accounting, so I have a hard time with the DD on those kinds of stocks and generally look elsewhere. Here's another redheaded stepchild of a stock that's partly in the oil patch: LUFK. Excellent balance sheet, trading at low, and pays a dividend (!!!!!!). Caution--trades by appointment only.-g-
