Have a look at the charts for SCNT VIAN RAZF; then have a look at the fundamentals of these CIRC competitors in the yahoo profile; these are good reasons to hold or buy CIRC at this low level. When MLCO runs out of inventory for clients that received the CIRC stock windfall and gets off the ask we should see new highs!
