NN I can't tell you it will be OK because I bought Jan 20 Puts for 2 1/8 today, so I guess you and I are on a different side of the fence so to speak:) On the plus for me, my downside is limited. Jeff Roberts

so NN lost another 9.5million in patent suit with LU. At this point it's pretty moot. Note tho, comment this morning from analyst about NN -- said COMS much bigger, NN too small. So, maybe NN won't get all the price they feel they should since they may be too big for the small players and they are too small for the big players.
