I show 450M Outstanding. Just think if this company can become the next Lucent. I am looking for about 8-9 splits on this one in the same time that it took Lucent to get to be a 245B company

Agilent IPO news From Barron's 8-Nov-99 :

HP plans to distribute to stockholders the remaining 380 million shares it owns sometime next year. The ratios have yet to be established, but based upon the existing capital structure each HP share would get 0.37 Agilent shares.

Don't think were going to see that pop, looks like everybody who wanted this stock got it in the IPO. Here's hoping it turns upward next week.
