Jon,

You are correct about lower VIX level. I believe that in this environment the lowest that the VIX can get is in the high teens. Thats not to say that it shouldnt reverse on a short-term basis right now.

There should be some selling tomorrow, if my CLASS SELL signals on the SPX will get negated and the SPX could rocket up. It needs to close above 1430 to negate my signal.

I find your comparison of those who have been buying the dip to sheep interesting. Are you implying that the buy-the-dippers are stupid or non-thinking?
