Isn't tomorrow options expiration day? That might account for the drop. Stocks are sometimes more volatile around options expiration.

Joe, SNDK is down because there were more sellers than buyers today (on low volume .. a good sign). We're entering the year-end tax selling season where those with stock losses take them for tax purposes (some will buy back 31 days from now after the required period expires and push the price up nicely).

We lost ~6% today. It's just as likely as not that we might gain or lose that much tomorrow. Welcome to the wonderful world of "volatility".

Or perhaps you are right and someone has set out to drive SNDK down today to annoy you, Ausdauer, and ...
