Ram, if NETM executes, which they have been as of late, then
we have a winner here, possibly a big one. I have followed
NETM since 95, their peak, and then the MSFT debacle with
the TCP-IP stack destroyed their business model. However
ZVI has held on and refocused the company for the E-business
revolution which is just in it's infancy. You have to give
him credit for hanging in there and keeping cash flow as
strong as it has been. We turn profitable in 2000 and should
turn around 200 million in revenue with the combination of
WALL and SIMW. All things considered, the risk-reward is
very favorable going forward and I am setting in the drivers
seat with this one.

Take care

Henry
