Lee,
I once called and asked why the option quotes were so ridiculously delayed. They don't seem to care. I use a friend's Schwab account for more accurate quotes and I use Quote.com to then plug in a "best guess". I can no longer dial my local office direct and this bothers me--- I now have to dial the 800 number and then go backwards to a local office.

Obviously changing accounts is a hassle. But sometimes I feel that Waterhouse is daring me to do just that!

Lee,

I don't trade options too often but last week I had the exact same situation when I tried to sell some MLNM puts on a gap up past my comfort zone. I chased the trade and took a moderate loss. The trade never showed up on their "real time quote server" for hours after the trade.

I spoke a long time with a rep and he told me, "don't trust their options quote". No Sh*! Sherlock.

He actually offered to reverse the trade. I declined.

I'm going to find another broker. Let me know who you decide on.

L3 aka L3,
I'm about to join your "tdwaterhouse sucks" club, I got in for a few minutes this morning but can't get online since 940 AM.
Anyone else having problems?
