Doug, I agree 100% with you comments. But the sad fact is that the Mill has been sitting unused for 2 years, and even if the powers in Mongolia should decide that Bumbat should be re-opened, no machinery can sit around unused for that period without a very large cost to get it moving again. Things rust, motors have to be rebuilt. Try leaving your car outside in bad weather conditions for a couple of years, and then try to use it. I'm not saying it's impossible, but the costs to do it are high. Anyway, I agree with your comments on Mongolia and Mongolians. No Rule of Law, so the only thing that will get MAC to cough up its share is if it feels that it can get more than that layout in return. The POG at >US$400 would do it, but I can't see anything to push the POG up. Phil
