Rick,

<I'm not saying that the company isn't a good investment. I'm saying that I'm so tired of this act that I don't want to watch any longer to determine if such is the case.

What's the difference between an Ariad and a Sugen or between an Arris/Sequanna/Khepri and a Millennium? Luck? Foresight? Management.>

Great points, Rick...I bailed for similar reasons shortly after meeting management last January at their H&Q session. I'm never certain when I make these sorts of judgments, but this time I got lucky. They may not be a "death-spiral" management like some...the previous CYTO guys, for example...but who needs to take the chance. There are plenty of great values and good management teams out there that we can entrust our capital with.

Best regards,

Walter

When I see you make statements like this I know I have to buy AXPH!LOL Looks like Merck, RPR, etc. like management and a vote of confidence ala 25% of stock owned by institutions at this stage of the game is not too shabby in my opinion. I am sure there was someone also upset with INCY's management a few months ago when I was buying shares of it.
