RE: Any idea why ATHM did so well today? How can they say there is a monopoly when there are other broadband alternatives. IMHO today FCC DSL ruling helps ATHM's court battle. The FCC knows that cable infrastructure needs to be built and they know it will not get done if Open access wins (at least not as fast). That's why the taken T and ATHM side in the cable broadband debate. Today was a win for DSL providers and for ATHM. The market is so big that it will be huge years for all these parties for 3-5 years.
