DLO: During the trial I read all the transcripts each day and even then it was evident that this was going to be the most biased one-sided and arbitrary decision ever handed down since the Lindbergh kidnapping case. Throughout the trial the judge had nothing but sarcasm and snide remarks for those on the MSFT side and hearts and flowers for the DuBoise DOJ cabal. It was like a kangaroo court. It was a mockery of justice. It reminded me of the current ZDNet Torvald Show. JFD

Your logic is tortured. Microsoft's actions would only be the most financially beneficial way to get out of the situation while keeping the ability to grow intact.

You cannot extrapolate an admission of "guilt" or "innocence" from their course of action. I'm actually sorry I responded to your idiotic post, but I typed this far so thought I'd finish.
