Rob,

"Since Jordex was able to buy into an early private placement, would that ownership of the company enable them to buy other pre-IPO shares (in a manner similar to employees etc)? Just wondering if they get a first crack at IPO shares since they are already part owner of the company."

I can't say for sure, but that might depend on how long they hold those shares. Being invited to the party sometimes depends on how long you are willing to stay. A company going public (and it's investment banker) like to see good support for the company/stock after the IPO and that isn't had with short-term flippers. Even retail brokerage customers lucky enough to get in on IPOs will blow their next invitation if they don't hold for a given period of time. If Jordex holds their Medsite for awhile, that can go on their resume.
