I absolutely share this belief. Competition makes a company stronger. As the saying goes "that which does not kill you will make you stronger". And AMD is in now way about to kill Intel - just going to make it a stronger competitor.

< That is why I will remain an Intel owner regardless of what happens the next 2 quarters.>

And this is why I expect to become a Intel stockholder again in about a year - once I am certain about the competitiveness of Intel roadmap. In the mean time, my call to sell Intel at 60 and put the proceeds in other semiconductor stocks has paid off BIG time and I will most probably continue to outperform INTC for the next year or so.
