I'm with you, IFFFFF, offer accepted (not just made) it will need to be north of US$35.

Here's a chart. Current revenu for Q was tad under $500M (not sure if US or Canadian, anybody know?). Annualized is nearly $2B run rate. Core business still growing at 70% year of year. Create your own multiples p/e, p/sales etc. Next year earnings estimates (calander year 2000) are about $1.00.

As per Yahoo, 181M shares outstanding. Also note 52 week high of $39.

Using US$....
share-price -> Cap (offer)
$20 -> $3.64B
$25 -> $4.52B
$30 -> $5.43B
$35 -> $6.34B
$40 -> $7.25B
$45 -> $8.14B
$50 -> $9.05B

SO, what multiple do you want to use?
p/e = 50 -> $50/sh
p/sales = 6:1 -> cap = $8-12B (depends if C or US$ revenue of $500M Q) at least $45 / sh.

I'd say Terry would not acknowledge an offer less than $35 and more likely would need offer at or north of $40 / sh.

Comment, opinions would be welcome.
