Speaking of questionable companies with links to Afrayem (aka Isaac). Have you looked at the LUMM Form 10?

A development stage company with almost non-existent R&D expenditures, multiple floorless convertibles, tons of warrants exercisable at .50 cents, ballooning shares and obscene market cap. The only thing missing is the going concern warning ala CDDD.

I closed out my short position over the past week. I put out an bid at 4 1/8 last week for 500 shares, it sat there a few days and it traded above and below my price, and then got hit. I put out another 500 shares at 3 3/4 this week, it sat there a few days and then got hit yesterday. Its not very liquid obviously and has a large spread and I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get out. There are probably additional profits for those with patience. I shorted in the low 20s:-)

Are you looking for <1?

I get the historical price info from telescan.com. You can check to see if its one of their freebies, I don't know. I'm a subscriber to their $10/mo. plan.

To answer somebody else's question, I don't see any need for a shortseller to cover at over $1. Patience will be rewarded.

A few days ago a I heard a presentation by a VP at Real. He's one of the software guys. He didn't seem to be concerned about anybody developing a much faster way of downloading streaming video. I don't believe NCDR's supposed technology, the one that is demonstrated on yachts and involves transmission via some unspecified satellite, will perform as advertised.
