That is the problem, a financing announcement in itself is meaningless written in that fashion.

Phone Gary at IR and pose the following questions,

1 At what price per share did the financing take place?

2 Was it common shares or preferred that are issued?

3 Were there warrants attached to the shares? If so, how many? At what price? When do they expire?

This could be as much as 7 million more shares in potential dilution......

I AM NOT saying it is, but 3.5 million bucks at $1.00 per share is a 3.5 million shares immediately and if there is one warrant per share, if this mysterious director or officer exercises those warrants, then add another 3.5 million in shares,

heck with the 30 million (approx.) o/s the potential is for an additional 20 per cent dilution,

how many per cent drop did the stock take today?????????/

Just a guess, it would be so much more reasonable if these companies would release this information.

I'd be interested to know Gary's response.
