We may be experiencing some buying because of Comdex, my guess is the exposure alone could cause some buying, large blocks could be attributed to ULBI trading at below book value. ULBI has stated they are working very closely with a small to medium OEM for the rechargeable I would not be surprised if they are attending Comdex. As the 9 volt margins improve and sales grow the cash burn rate will drop significantly. IMHO ULBI is a low risk opportunity now with a short term downside of 3 5/8. good luck!
