Keith, Well, at least the market maker isn't handling any offers to sell--just picking up inventory from those who are willing to accept his ridiculously low bids. There may be holders of UPH stock who would be willing to sell at a price somewhere near the price of equivalent UP shares, but apparently the market maker wants to first syphon off all he can get at lower prices for his inventory. So the market maker isn't going to activate trading at higher prices yet.
