OT: MTIC "pushing the envelope"

They also seem to be "pushing the envelope" when it comes to creative accounting practices which seems to have attracted the attention of Herb Greenberg. See thestreet.com for his analysis. Whether you agree with him or not, my experience is that you need to be cautious about companies that attract his spotlight.

Yes, MTIC pushes the envelope in several area, among them valuation for a business of this type and, more importantly, balance sheet deterioration. But I forget the forum in which I post: Gilder and acolytes don't care about valuation. A sexy concept in a high growth area is sufficient reason to pull the buy trigger.
