You have to hand it to these guys, they're good at sucking money out of the company. The following is i'm sure, a completely fictional conversation. One night down at the Blue Velvet, two fellas sit nursing their drinks, Easy Rider is coming in on the satellite. "Dude, you know that's something I really miss, straddling a big ol piece of American iron and tearing ass down the highway, you know, born to be wild, WOOO HOoo, Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man, Billy and Captain America." "Yeah I know what you mean, all they got over here is a bunch of wimpy rice grinder sh$t, we need some real bikes. Hell I bet if we got real bikes the senoritas on Burgos Street would pay us to take them for a ride, instead of the other way around." "Wait a minute, I got it. Let's ship some of those Titan bikes over here." "Won't that be expensive." "Dude what is ya, stupid? It ain't like we're paying for it, the company will pay for it." "Man even if the company pays for the shipping how are we gonna afford those bikes? Even with the insider financier discount they still cost a few quid." Even when we get this reverse merger done it'll still be months before the fish will call for financials and months after that before we have to really show anything." Look dude don't sweat it, we have some really really really friendly and creative accountants, they can figure something to do with the bikes on the books, hell let them call them motorcycles held to maturity or something dumb like that, who cares, cleaning up stuff like that is their job, ours is to sell stock."
