Missed all the NN excitement...darn day job, but HWP and Agilent (A) made things pretty exciting.

Is it too late to jump on the NN train?

hi tim
just catching up
you're right money management is more important than stock picking. not being able to preserve capital is the #1 way people lose their savings in this game. i try to invest 2% on any one trade and usually never have more than 5% in any one stock.

Tim, I started moving some of my portfolio into cash today.
I had told myself that by Thanksgiving I wanted to be at least 50% cash. Not that I think Y2K will be a problem, Im just thinking OTHERS may think it will be and on the first bad news in December folks will rush for the exits. Plan on holding my core holdings which include CS. Would appreciate opinions on this move to cash strategy. Thanks
