I agree Yak.. Tonys personal business is just that.. He has never lied or cheated me, all his calls are posted unlike anything anyone did before he came to town.. I do not know what went down in the early 90s so ill let him battle that out with the courts.

I just recall back in 91 when I was arrested.. The headlines said I was dealing drugs in a school zone.. followed by the usual fanfare about selling drugs to kids is bad blah blah blah.. Let me tell you that what REALLY happened was my friend owned a pizzeria that was located across the street from a school... at about 2am in the morning, a young and foolish Paul and his friends decided to stop into his resteraunt and make some food.. and yes, we indulged in smoking some funny tobacco. Needless to say, police saw the lights on and decided to bust chops. No dealing, no selling to children,.. nada.. 1 joint..

my point being- it was all hyped.. the policed manipulated the charges because to just bust us for smoking 'pot' would have been a $500 fine and a kick in the ass.. instead they used a new nj law that allowed them to give me a 3 year min. mandatory jail sentence because I had drugs within 1000 feet of a school.. CHarges were dropped.. my family was embarrassed by the damage of the ridiculous charges but nobody retracted.. I was labelled a drug dealer, to children non the less.. The courts laughed at the charges but did the newspapers do a follow up? hell no..

Tonys situation may be very similar.. Let the courts decide. Funny how so many people keep trying to make a name for themselves rehashing these old charges..

In America, we are guilty before proven innocent.. the burden is on you not the courts any longer.. I will never look at a person charged of a crime as guilty until its said and done.. and even than I have reservations.. Our justice system has become a bit of a joke...
