BGR, here's a little denting of your 'efficient markets - indexing' notions.

i have always held that the essentially mindlessly buying index funds can not have much to do with 'efficient markets'

of course opinions on that are divided, but i agree with the gist of the argument, namely that the immense growth of Index funds has led to a mispricing of the stocks contained in the indices.
