Are you saying Yahoo! is overvalued? Do you think it's way overvalued, or just by 10% or so...? :-)

I own YHOO now and I'll still own it a year from now. If Yahoo continues to see similar growth in users and time spent on their site, they'll surprise even the most grizzly bear.
