[11-19-99 10:03 AM ET] (NKC)IF IN PERSPECTIVE:SHAREHOLDER VALUE THROUGH MARKET CAPITALIZATION OR MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL...

Just as the knight said after being completely dismembered with only his dead on the ground yelled to his attacker "...come back here and I'll bite you to death..."...one can hear the Rabins [and Schneider] echoing to their shareholders "...come back [as shareholders] and we'll give you market capitalization...we mean shareholder value...well we can guarantee market capitalization and net income payments to Hank Kaplan..."...as of NKC(IF)s Q3 ending Sep 30 1999 NKC(IF) had ~22,433,000 shares outstanding. As of NKC(IF)s [Q2] Griffiths-McBurney led $US 10M [P]rivate [P]lacement NKC(IF) was trading around $US 2/share and has remained there throughout Q2, Q3 and Q4...and now the Rabins are announcing another PP...The Rabins apparently are saying to themselves that they want a $25M (6/99)Company, then a $50M (6/99)Company and now a $100M (pending) Company...they did it and they are doing it all without the stock price changing from $US 2/share...simply issue more shares and have no understanding of shareholder value creation/maximization...
