It does. I guess it is a matter of terminology and I was using the wrong one. I was thinking that the cost of sales number $850 (I am probably using the wrong terminology again) includes the costs associated with building all of the products sold in the quarter.

It might be a little better than that. The difference may be due more to ASPs and yields being better than originally forecast. Wafer starts, etc, may be unchanged. In which case the only marginal costs are packaging and shipping (and the accounting costs of totaling up that additional revenue :-)
