Further ideas on the "message center"/inbox?

Yep!
Connection to SI Mail

Or at least have the 'SI Mail Box' turn red when I have mail. I don't like logging in to check all the time.

How about, while we are at it, get rid of the separate log in feature to mail. They have shacked up long enough, it's time they got married.

Duly noted. The feature request, as I see it, is to have a "Send PM" link beside each profile on the PeopleMarks page, which saves a click-through to the profile itself.
Currently, sending a private message seems to be tailored to responding to someone's public message. This "Send PM" link would facilitate private messages in a non-threaded environment.

Exactly! This would be most useful!

Further ideas on the "message center"/inbox?

Not yet, but I'll be sure to let you know if I think of something. :*)

Thanks for the quick response!

<<Further ideas on the "message center"/inbox?>>

Would be nice if there were boxes next to each message that could be checked when you want to put certain messages in a folder. Then you could just check the box and send several messages at once to a particular folder, or simply check the ones you want to delete and do that all at once.

Also the change of color of read messages on Next 10 is a ditto here. Really would be a time saver in not having to figure out where you left off.

John,

It would be extremely helpful if you could somehow stamp the trading price of an equity on a post when the post is made on a subject thread.

Let's say I proclaim, "Buy T today if you want to ever get it cheap".

A little box at the bottom of the post would say: Current Price on T $49.

Some time ago it was discussed with Bryan on the Beta thread and Bryan liked the idea. Is it in the works, or has it been put in file 13?

Have fun,
Phil
