Last 2 lines look interesting;
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 19, 1999--Definition, LTD
(OTCBB:DFNL) announced today that the sale of WINQ-TV to Turner
Productions, Inc. has been finalized.
This puts DFNL in a debt-free position allowing the company to
focus all efforts on the distribution of the film libraries. Several
contracts are in hand for foreign distribution with several contracts
pending. We are also close to signing a contract for U.S. distribution
for a large body of films.
This, of course, means shareholder equity will be enhanced due to
strong sales and earnings in FY2000.
DFNL is an entertainment company with a vast library of released
and unreleased films.
We are also looking to diversify into other areas such as
E-commerce and Internet related business.
Very soon we will be bringing news to the market on additional
acquisitions and sales.
