FCC ruling is huge for DSL providers. Better buy some CCGI, they have Rocket DSL subsidiary Network Online in Texas.

CCGI subsidiary Network Online (NOL) has in conjunction with SouthWestern BELL offer Rocket DSL to most of TEXAS.
CCGI is only trading at .4375.

CCGI earned 9 cents for the six months. Earnings will be out very soon.
Network Online's website:
nol.net

< Just some thoughts as I close down after my D&D for the night. Heres to a great trading day on Friday. Do we rally or does profit taking kick in?>

....always the thinker, WP.... "To Be ....or not to Be"....That is the Question! Or whether it is Nobler to B2B, or Not 2-B2B....and what was driving yesterday,
praytell---->EPNY , up over 30pts!?
.....That , is the question! And i love the Libretto Liberate (LBRT) has been singing(loving the moves of IATV), and *RNWK* has been on Tour....but let's not forget the portals /ISP's....but B2B is still the play...and wireless.(linux too) and don't forget Oracle, which has been positively DelPhonic lately...

But really what moved yesterday? Software Co's, B2b like EPNY, and ever heard of TIBX( a part of Reuters, independent)? Moved +21 yesterday wonderfulnews with ORCL and in sympathy with Reuters and now intimately become part of what ARBA's offering---> b2b package , very interesting company, and this just released last night: biz.yahoo.com and a brief discussion of TIBX's product
tibco.com

I am intrigued by this company, which has been termed as on of the world's most boring software company's! And really see how what we call The B2B companies are really "linking up", and forming alliances
as they mature in offering the greatest array of front-end , back-end
B2B solutions.... Yep , watch them connect together and form the new mega-software E-Commerce giants of the future. Wow, were watching the beginnings truely, of a Trillion dollar e-commerce industry get started! As the companies first use each other, and later on to merge and acquire one another, forming mega b2b players.... Want to catch em all!..... sorry to have missed TIBX's little rise so far, nice little niche-----> real-time integration.

------>B2B=Big Stuff! Ariba, Ariba!

....as for today's general market:

I See selective Rallys in the Tech Sector, with some profit taking...combined with a rise and falling in the bonds... with the Dow
slipping slightly only to recover in the afternoon... & the dollar slipping slightly towards the Yen, while Gold drifts....& it's a little hazy in L A, and a slight Drizzle is falling in SteamBoat Springs....and the clouds up here in the market Tech Sector getting a little Toppy,hope you are not scared of heights...:-))))

:-)

Wish someone better than I would look at what little chart there is to this one.

Looks oversold to me.
