Tom,
I think most important is again to determine what shares are really out there and who holds what and how many shares are they placing privately now.

What is truly there delay in filing? Not lip service, but the facts as to what really happened when they had stated to you and several others that they would come through with the filings.

Not that it matters to them much, but how about passing on that the long term shareholders are pretty PISSED off at how they run things!

I wish you good luck and if anyone can get some real answers I know you will be able to.

I appreciate your time that you continue to give this matter.

Kevin

Don't know what to tell you, Tom... other than that your statement that you will be checking things out gives me the first hope I've had in months that we'll find out the facts. Lance is "on the money" when he acknowledges you repeatedly as The King...

Questions are one thing, and I'm sure you'll ask plenty of the right ones. I hope they are open to being educated -- about what kind of financing is toxic, and how to release news about exciting contracts (after being relisted) with the proper timing so as to maximize shareholder value.

Their current attitude of "The financials are delayed -- what can WE do about it?" completely fries my shorts. They are paying a lot of cash they apparently don't have to accountants, and they need to have the kind of relationship where the firm knows if they don't produce on time and under budget, they will be FIRED. Anybody who's working for $250-300 an hour wants to have as many billable hours as possible, and somebody's got to ride them so that CRGI gets their money's worth.

That's all from me, except to say...

Good Luck, Godspeed, and THANKS!!!

Bud
