hi ronaldo... thanks for the article... it looks very positive for pvsw imo...

good question on the lawsuits... they used to bother me too until i realized a few things...

whenever the value of a stock drops, the "ambulancer chasers" come out... they are the corporate equivalent of ambulance chasers anyway... <lol>

the reason they dont bother me? first of all, companies have insurance to cover these types of suits...

second, they are very commonplace whenever the value of a stock drops... these law firms initiate the suits and try to convince some shareholders to join in...

last, one of the most profitable stocks i was ever in... fore systems, had the same thing happen to them when their stock fell after bad earnings a few quarters ago... every day there was a new one... must have been ten all together... you know there are already a few filed against pvsw... at any rate a month or two after the suits started being field, fore sold for more than twice what it had been when the suits were brought...

hope this helps, of course all just my opinion!!

kathy :)
