Just put in a buy order, now I want to cancel and it tells me "none found", but no report of fill, either.
And worst of all, the slow data problems have spread to AIQ!!

I just opened an account with MyTrack about a week ago and so far I'm not impressed.
I cancelled an order yesterday that says it was cancelled, but my "buying power" is still reduced by the amount of the order.
I've been trying to get through to them for the last 40 minutes by phone and I have been disconnected 3 times already!
