What Trump did with Resorts International was probably legal. As far as the requirement that board members exhibit fiduciary responsibility, Ha Ha Ha. Everyone has personal agendas that may or may not coincide with the shareholders best interests. Congressmen mostly try to be ethical, but sometimes they have to rise above their principles <G>. Seriously though, with the low stock price for CCO, we do have to be watchful that the Company does not get bought out at some lowball price. If only a few of us shareholders try to hold out, sometimes it becomes futile.
