i disagree...i think the DD is already in process....i firmly believe they had offers in from ericy, ala and maybe tlab....my guess is one of these offers has been accepted and they are in the dd process as we speak...my take

With all due respect, I think nn is gone within 2 months. Buyer probably waits to see if nn can market there new industry leading switch that they promised to release for testing next month. If they come through on that( and that remains to be seen) then nn goes quickly after that.
